Hugh Jackman and wife Deborra-Lee Furness match in hats as they arrive home to New York City
Saturday was a family day for Hugh Jackman, his wife Deborra-Lee Furness and their daughter Ava.
And both the 45-year-old actor and his other half opted to wear hats as they arrived back at their home in new York's West Village.
Western-inspired, the Wolverine star was seen in a cowboy hat that covered up his recently shaved head
Showing off his muscular physique, the scruffy-faced star also wore a tight grey T-shirt, navy cargo shorts and black-and-red trainers.
Meanwhile, Deborra wore a grey trilby and all-black ensemble, including platform sandals.
Ava, eight, donned a striped red-and-white shirt, matching shorts and bright orange tennis shoes. She, too, had a brightly coloured baseball cap.
Missing from the outing was her brother Oscar, 14.
Busy Hugh enjoyed the day out with his family on a break from filming Pan, a live-action retelling of J.M. Barrie's famous children's book, Peter Pan.
The Australian actor is sporting a shaved dome to play the evil pirate Blackbeard.
He has been shooting Pan in the U.K. with his Les Miserables co-star Amanda Seyfried as Mary. Rooney Mara is set as Tiger Lily and Garrett Hedlund is Hook.
Child actor Levi Miller is Peter Pan, the little boy who never grows up. Model Cara Delevingne also has a role as a mermaid.
Later in the afternoon, the hunky actor changed into grey shorts and a black Chappie T-shirt as he and Ava took the family's French bulldog Dali for a stroll.
The blonde had taken off her sweatshirt to reveal a red-and-white stripey top that matched her shorts.
At some point, the pair picked up a display of greenery, that Ava wrestled with as her father smiled at her.
Meanwhile, aside from Pan, Hugh has a busy year ahead of him.
He has signed on for an untitled Wolverine sequel planned for 2017 and X-Men: Apocalypse in 2016.
Hugh is also due to play circus impresario P.T. Barnum in The Greatest Showman On Earth.
